Satellite Internet Access & VSAT
 | Satellite Internet access can be the best alternative for connectivity, and not just because of geographical difficulties in deploying land line based technologies like DSL or dedicated internet. There are a number of other factors that make satellite the right choice for connectivity, including reliability, bandwidth throughput, and ease of deployment. Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) A Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT), is a two-way satellite ground station with a dish antenna that is smaller than 3 meters. VSATs are most commonly used to transmit narrowband data (point of sale transactions such as credit card, polling or RFID data; or SCADA), or broadband data (for the provision of Satellite Internet access to remote locations, VoIP or video). VSATs are also used for transportable, on-the-move (with phased-array antennas) or mobile maritime (such as Vizada or Eutelsat services) communications. | | Do you have questions or want to discuss your application?
