Digi Wi-Point 3G is a three-in-one router with integrated 802.11b/g Wi-Fi access point, 10/100 Ethernet and 3G cellular network access via virtually any carrier supplied data PC card. New cellular 3G networks provide high speed network communications approaching or even exceeding DSL speeds. Digi Wi-Point 3G allows remote sites and devices to easily connect to the Internet or securely integrate into a corporate network.
Digi Wi-Point 3G provides maximum flexibility via easy field upgrades, enabling you to keep up with ever-changing network upgrades. Designed for commercial grade applications, it provides industry leading reliability for applications such as temporary networks, remote Wi-Fi hotspots, mobile/transportation, disaster recovery, backup/failover, and security/video surveillance. Digi Wi-Point 3G offers enterprise class router features including IPsec VPN, WPA2 encryption, and a full featured firewall. Other unique features include auto-detection of cellular data card for seamless easy field upgradability, GPS support (PC Card specific) and analog modem failover. Configuration is quick and easy using a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection to your computer's web browser to access the simple Web UI and setup wizard. No PC software is required.
